Ravi Sewak Represents Safe Water Network At Horasis Extraordinary Virtual Meeting

Ravi Sewak, India Country Director, represented SWN-I at Horasis Extraordinary Meeting on October 1, held on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly. Horasis provides a unique platform to engage with world thought leaders and experts to further the UN SDG Goals. Under the theme, “Unite. Inspire. Create,” this virtual conference focused on the solutions to the profound economic, political, and social disruptions caused by COVID-19. Ravi joined a panel entitled “Water: The Innovation Imperative” that discussed how businesses are responding to the water access challenges, and the role that new technologies, governance tools, and innovative models of public-private partnerships play in solving these challenges. He was accompanied by water executives from Water.org, Water Finance Facility of the Netherlands, Watergen of Israel, and others.
