Dinner for a Cause with Chef Eric Adjepong!

Chef Eric Adjepon, Season 16 finalist on Bravo’s Top Chef and contestant on season 17 of Top Chef All-Stars, demonstrates how to prepare a delicious Coconut Curry Shrimp (or Chickpea), sourcing flavors and influences in his cooking from many of the West African dishes he grew up eating. 

Proceeds from the event went to Safe Water Network’s COVID-19 relief efforts. Safe Water Network continues to provide safe, reliable water to underserved communities in Ghana and India during the pandemic.
