PepsiCo Volunteers ‘Paint for a Cause’ at Girl's School with Safe Water Network in Hyderabad

A team of PepsiCo volunteers joined Safe Water Network on April 30th, 2024 at the Government Girls High School in Moorsrambagh, Hyderabad in Telangana. The volunteers came for the day to paint the walls in the classrooms, all of which were in need of a refresh. The project was part of PepsiCo’s Volunteer Giving month.

PepsiCo volunteers in India have assisted Safe Water Network on numerous projects over the years including rainwater harvesting dating back to 2013 (read more about that here).

The PepsiCo Foundation was one of the founding supporters of Safe Water Network more than 15 years ago. We were also featured in their most recent impact report for the important work we are doing together. Get the IMPACT REPORT

Teams spread out across the school to paint all of the classrooms.

Teams even painted the wire grilles in the windows to provide a more positive environment for the girls to learn.

Safe Water Network’s school WASH programs include providing a filtration system that ensures the children have access to safe water every day.
