Elliot Abra leads the effort to establish performance measurements and the tracking of water stations through the collection and analysis of performance information. He leads planning and managing evaluations and assists the organization in using performance information for decision-making and resource allocation. He also assists with analytical and technical support on the development of optimization programs throughout our field implementation.
Elliot brings to Safe Water Network years of experience in digital monitoring and evaluation platforms, having worked for such organizations as SkyFox Limited, where he served as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for the SMARTer WASH Project (an SMS-based system for monitoring of water point functionality). In addition, he has firsthand experience with data management and analysis from his time working with mobile monitoring data collection platforms.
Elliot holds a Master’s degree in Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and professional certificates in Project Management and Monitoring and Evaluation from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, Accra.
